Shipments:

The shipping cost will depend on the total weight of your order. Delivery times will depend on the place of destination. For orders within the ZMG it takes up to 36 hours. Outside this area it will take 3-7 business days.

The delivery service only includes the Mexican Republic.

Once your purchase and payment have been confirmed, we will send you an email with the Fedex tracking number so that you can track it directly.

At Café La Flor de Córdoba we are not responsible for unfortunate events that do not depend on us such as theft, violation or loss of the package during the transit of your order, the shipping company is responsible for shipping problems or situations, we will always the best for providing you with the best service, tracking your shipment.

Cancellations:

Cancellations can only be made if the purchase has not been finalized. Once the order has been settled, it will no longer be possible to request a refund because your order will already be preparing to leave the toaster for your home.

Returns:

When buying through our online store you receive a totally personalized product in terms of roasting and type of grinding. In addition, taking care of safety protocols, we can NOT accept coffee returns.
